Love this article in Yorkshire Life about 5 weird and wonderful things to spot in York Minster. What a great venue for eye-spy!
Some are even a little rude!

York Minster has sacked all 30 of its volunteer bellringers. I wonder what's happened there!
The bells won't now be heard until Easter. Such a shame.
I hope they sort themselves out soon!
The Minster is still well worth a visit, it'll just be a quieter city for now!

Which one's your favourite?
I like them all but the one with the lake in the foreground and Castle Howard behind it is rather special.

12 photographs that capture the true beauty of Castle Howard
You may have recognised parts of Castle Howard from the recent Victoria show on ITV, here are some images by our readers over the years.
Castle Howard is a stunning stately home only 5 miles from Spring Cottage. It’s still home to the Howard family. It sits in the self-named Howardian Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The rose garden, the grounds and the fabulous children’s adventure playground are all as equally amazing as the house itself. There’s road train that runs from the entrance passed the house and down to the lake. And for my children, that’s the best bit! You choose!
